1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChateX. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are solely responsible for any false information you provide.
2. Your Account
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other users, or engage in fraudulent behavior, with or without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) record, screenshot, or distribute another user's video, voice, or image without explicit consent; (b) display nudity, sexual content involving minors, violence, weapons, drugs, or hate speech; (c) harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate others; (d) use bots, scrapers, or automated systems; (e) attempt to bypass payment, age, or moderation systems; (f) solicit money, contact details, or off-platform meetups; (g) infringe intellectual property.
4. Coins, Tokens & Payments
Coins are a prepaid virtual currency with no cash value, no expiry within 12 months, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Tokens are earned by female hosts and may be converted to withdrawable balance subject to platform commission and our Withdrawal Policy. We reserve the right to reverse balances obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests have a minimum threshold and a 7-day review window. Platform commission is deducted before payout. Submitting false KYC information voids the request and may result in permanent suspension of earnings.
6. Content & License
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant ChateX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the service. Live video and voice are transmitted peer-to-peer and are NOT recorded or stored by ChateX.
7. Moderation & Reports
We may review reported behavior and take action including warnings, content removal, balance freezes, or bans. We do not guarantee proactive moderation of every interaction. Report abuse via the in-app report button or support@chatex.app.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, match availability, earnings, or that other users are who they claim to be. Always use caution when interacting with strangers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChateX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or restrict access for any breach of these Terms. Outstanding withdrawable balances obtained legitimately remain payable in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
